The process of dendritic growth involves dividing and projecting vectors into multiple directions away from a localized center. This grasshopper definition and rhino model translates line endpoints based upon a surface. That surface can be related to the material extents that the specific dendrite growth occurs on, or the given “age” of a tree. The thickness of each vector should have variable thickness since material compounds itself more evidently closer to its point of origin.
